Welcome to Catalyst! By using our application, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Catalyst.

Use Catalyst legally and respectfully

You own your content posted on Catalyst, but grants viewing privileges

Don't use the Catalyst platform to spam or harass other users
Don not use Catalyst to preform illicit activities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Catalyst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

  • Catalyst provides an enhanced client for the Canvas Learning Management System.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use the service.
  • You agree to use Catalyst only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Users may create and share content, including school schedules, chats, and groups.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Catalyst a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service.
  • Catalyst reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Engage in harassment, spamming, or any form of abuse.
  • Use Catalyst for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the service.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Catalyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Banned users may appeal by contacting support at help@bluefla.me.

6. Paid Plans & Payments

  • Catalyst offers a paid Pro Plan with additional features.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Catalyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

  • The governing law for this agreement is currently undecided and will be determined at a later date.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • Catalyst may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
